PREPARATION
Mozart Dark Chocolate is handcrafted with only the best natural ingredients, with cream-free dark chocolate (vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free), vanilla, caramel and smoky herbal notes of cocoa beans. Like Mozart's music, the composition of Mozart chocolate liqueur is characterized by the highest quality and love for details. Throughout the production process, years of experience, creativity and passion are dedicated, especially by the Master Distiller and Chocolatier. For over 60 years, the Mozart Distillery has been located in Salzburg, Austria, the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Its production process is based on the finest selection of raw materials, such as cocoa, sugar beets and Bourbon vanilla, base ingredients for the production of chocolate. Depending on the Mozart chocolate liqueur created, they refine their products with the best Belgian chocolate, a special cream from the Netherlands and/or caramel.
TASTING
View: Dark brown color with golden reflections. Very fluid.
Nose: Notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and caramel, as well as smoky and cocoa notes.
Mouth: Smoky herbal notes of cocoa beans in a dark chocolate drink with vanilla, caramel and a touch of caramel.
