PREPARATION
Jägermeister liqueur was created by Curt Mast in Wolfenbüttel, Germany. And it has continued to be made according to the traditional recipe since 1878 with the best herbs, flowers, roots and fruits from around the world, which come together to form four different macerates that are then combined thanks to modern alchemy. The full ingredient list is a closely guarded secret. The mixture is then aged in German oak barrels, where they let the macerates combine and mature for up to a year to become German liquid perfection.
TASTING
View: Reddish-brownish color with a shiny appearance.
Nose: Citrus, spicy and herbaceous aromas.
Mouth: Rich sensory profile. Friendly and round entrance. After a first sweet sensation, notes of caramel, raisins and menthol appear.
