Description
PREPARATION
Also known as Túnel de Mallorca, Tunel Mixed Herb Liqueur is made from rosemary, chamomile, mint, fennel and marjoram. Its origins are found in the apothecary tradition of the monasteries of Mallorca. It is made by the Antonio Nadal distillery, founded in 1898 by Antonio Nadal Muntaner in the municipality of Marratxí, Mallorca.
TASTING
View: Pale green color.
Nose: Aroma of a wide variety of wild herbs.
Mouth: Sweet herbal flavor, very little or almost not at all cloying.
