Description
PREPARATION
The Varal Cherry Liqueur is made from wild cherries with top quality alcohol, cinnamon and sugar. It is macerated in large containers where it remains for a minimum of 12 months in darkness and silence. It is packaged in glass jars, where it remains for another 12 months.
TASTING
View:
Reddish amber color.
Nose:
Ripe cherry fragrance.
Mouth:
Liquor, very soft in the mouth, typical of the fruit of balanced ripening.
