Description
PREPARATION
To make Fernet Branca Menta liqueur more than 30 herbs and spices are used, including rhubarb, myrrh, saffron, chamomile, cardamom and oregano. These spices are macerated in wine alcohol and subsequently mixed with the most exquisite mint oil to give it that characteristic freshness. Finally, the fernet is left to mature for 12 months in Slovenian oak barrels.
TASTING

Dark reddish color.
Nose:
Lush aromas of green mint predominate, mixed with notes of berries and a touch of chocolate sauce.
Mouth:
It has a fresh entry, with a slightly unctuous texture. On the palate it reveals all its herbal notes of green mint and peppermint, which are balanced with delicious citrus notes. Refreshing and slightly bitter finish due to its components derived from plants.
