PREPARATION
Kuyper's Cocoa Cream is made from extracts of the best cocoa beans from Africa and its flavor is enriched with a touch of Madagascar vanilla to form a classic combination of sumptuous vanilla and chocolate flavors. The raw material is processed in order to enhance the essence of bitter cocoa, so that it is as natural as possible. The result is an intense and sensual cream, both in aromas and flavor. It is produced by De Kuyper Royal Distillers, one of the oldest family distilleries in Holland and one of the most important in the production of cocktail liquors, founded in 1695 as a family business.
TASTING
View: Intense and shiny dark chocolate color.
Nose: Spicy and sweet aromas, the reference to bitter cocoa predominates and also reveals touches of caramel and vanilla.
Mouth: On the palate it is intense, with flavors of chocolate, vanilla and caramel. It is extremely velvety and smooth, with slight bitter nuances in the aftertaste.
