Description
PREPARATION
Chambord liqueur is made from raspberries, blackberries and blackcurrants, from which all the sumptuous flavors are extracted with the first infusion. The juices are then blended with the finest French liqueurs and left for four weeks to infuse and unlock the rich flavour. The berries are then ready for their second infusion. In the second stage of the process, the unmistakable flavor is created. After a total of six weeks and a double infusion, the berries are delicately pressed to capture all their natural juices. In the third and final stage, the luxurious liquor is refined. The berry infusion is blended with the flavors of all-natural black raspberries and other high-quality raspberry varieties, as well as a combination of luscious XO cognac, Madagascar vanilla, Moroccan citrus peel and delicate honey. Finally, the flavor is balanced to ensure the exceptional character that characterizes this liquor is achieved.
TASTING
View: Deep reddish purple color.
Nose: Notes of red fruits, citrus and vanilla.
