Anise Flower is an excellent spirit drink with a dry flavor made by distilling anise grains with the best raw materials, both to flavor and soften our anise and to neutralize the bad effects of alcohol and result in a hygienic and pleasant use. Perfect to drink dry or as a soft drink if you add very cold water and due to its intense flavor it is also widely used in baking.

In the production of Flor de Anís brandy only refined alcohols, pure wine and selected anises of the best kinds are used, resulting in a special and exquisite production product.
The Anís Salas Flor de Anís brand was founded in 1895. Monforte del Cid Distilleries has been producing this product for more than 100 years and transmitting the flavor of tradition generation after generation, governed by the Regulatory Council of Traditional Spirits of Alicante.
