PREPARATION
Cerol coffee liqueur is made by macerating selected varieties of Arabica coffees by coffee masters according to a secret recipe. The coffee bean arrives raw at the Sinc Liquor Distillery, so they roast it themselves slowly and in the traditional style. In this way they manage to get the most out of the aroma and flavor of the main protagonist of this spirit drink. Its high quality is supported by the Regulatory Council of Traditional Spirits of Alicante, which guarantees its recognized prestige.
