Description
PREPARATION
Cachaça 51 is made from carefully selected sugar cane. Once the fermented juice is obtained from the distillation, it is left to rest in stainless steel tanks for a period of two to three months, before bottling. Born in 1959 in the Sao Paulo region. The combination of climate and soil quality create the perfect conditions for the development of the best sugar cane plantations.
TASTING
View: Clean and crystal clear.
Nose: Pleasant aroma, with sweet touches of apple and sugar cane.
Mouth: On the palate it is slightly spicy with a sweet and herbaceous final flavor.
