Winemaking
The Larsen VS cognac is a mixture of different spirits. After vinification, it is distilled twice without lees, protecting the fruity character of the grapes and allowing the production of especially fine and elegant spirits. The Master Blender selects the best spirits and mixes them with great skill to achieve excellence, purity and the characteristic style of Larsen; to advance towards maturation in oak barrels made with fine-grained sessile oak from the Tronçais forest.
