PREPARATION
Kavalan Solist Port Cask whiskey is fully matured in Portuguese port casks in Taiwan's subtropical climate to create multiple fruity flavors. Since 2005, Kavalan Distillery has pioneered the art of single malt whiskey in Yilan County, Taiwan. Kavalan sources the mineral-rich snowmelt waters of Snow Mountain and is aged in a unique combination of intense heat and humidity along with sea and mountain breezes. They combine all of this to create the quality, smoothness and fruity character that Kavalan is known for.
TASTING
