Manzanilla is a delicate sherry produced by the Spanish seaport of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where climatic conditions are suitable for growing flor. The new aged Kavalan distillate provides a salty touch with mineral, sweet melon and caramel flavors with a smooth and aromatic finish. Awards and recognitions:

PREPARATION
Kavalan Solist Manzanilla whiskey is produced by the Spanish seaport of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where the climatic conditions are suitable for flower cultivation. The new aged Kavalan distillate provides a salty touch with mineral flavors, Since 2005, Kavalan Distillery has pioneered the art of single malt whiskey in Yilan County, Taiwan. Kavalan sources the mineral-rich snowmelt waters of Snow Mountain and is aged in a unique combination of intense heat and humidity along with sea and mountain breezes. They combine all of this to create the quality, smoothness and fruity character that Kavalan is known for.
TASTING
View:
Amber color.
Nose:
Full of the aroma of light sweet melon.
Mouth:
Balanced body. Slightly salty, intense, lots of sweetness with vanilla flavor. Orange, melon and mint stand out with the complexity of fresh fruit.
