Kavalan Single Malt Classic is a single malt whiskey and is a great example of the great quality of whiskey that comes from Taiwan. Its name is based on the indigenous people who originally inhabited that island. The distillery's craftsmanship works with Taiwan's humid climate to create a whiskey that is diverse and complex. Fresh and clean, it is rich in silky softness and with hints of tropical fruits, mango in particular. It is ideal to drink alone or you can also dilute it with water and add ice to cool it. PREPARATION
The distillery's craftsmanship works with Taiwan's humid climate to create this diverse and complex whiskey. The distillery where Kavalan Single Malt Classic is made is King Car, which is located in Yilan county. This Single Malt is a great example of the great quality of whiskey that comes from Taiwan. Thanks to the climatic conditions of the island, these whiskeys have a much faster maturation process resulting in a much more diverse and complex blend full of freshness.
TASTING
View:
Vivid and passionate amber color.
Nose:
Very pleasant aroma of tropical fruits along with floral notes, vanilla and mango.
Mouth:
A touch of sweet mango juice with that spicy complexity and smooth warmth in a medium, oily, citrusy finish.
