Manual harvest carried out between the end of August and the beginning of September. Made according to the Champenoise method, it is the ideal sparkling wine to get started with Trento sparkling wines. As it is also extremely versatile and gastronomic, it also turns out to be a good choice to accompany appetizers at informal lunches and dinners.

View: Bright straw yellow with fine and persistent bubbles.

Nose: Fresh and intense, with fruity notes reminiscent of ripe golden apples, notes of wild flowers, and delicate memories of lees.

Mouth: With good definition, fresh and dry, in which memories of ripe fruit and hints of toasted bread predominate.

Recommended Temperature: 6-8º C.

You can accompany it with appetizers at informal lunches and dinners.
