PREPARATION
The Isle of Jura Winter Edition whiskey is a Single Malt that, to make it, is first matured in American white oak barrels that contain bourdon and then aged in Spanish Sherry barrels.
TASTING
View: Copper gold color.
Nose:
The nose contains aromas of citrus, milk caramel, sultanas and a touch of banana.
Mouth: The palate contains flavors of coffee, maple syrup, apple pie and mulled wine. With a warm vanilla and cinnamon finish.
