PREPARATION

Jack Daniel's Sinatra Select is made with spring water, which lies at the bottom of a cave more than three kilometers deep and is mixed with corn, barley and rye. It is then distilled in a large copper still where it is vaporized and condensed only once. It is filtered drop by drop through three meters of saccharine maple charcoal to obtain its characteristic smoothness. To age this whiskey, special edition Sinatra, hand-made barrels are used, which have deep grooves inside to achieve greater contact with the toasted wood. This process exposes the drink to levels of toasting that other products do not reach, which gives it a very particular character, a rich amber color and a pleasant smokiness, marked by an incredible and smooth vanilla finish.
