PREPARATION
It has a mixture of 80% corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye. The barrels were hand-selected to have a deeper color, flavor and aroma, resulting in a “darker, richer and more oak-marked character.” The resulting expression has notes of caramel, rich oak and spice.
