PRODUCTION

Hendrick's Gin is crafted by combining two different spirits from two distinct stills: the Bennett still and the Carter-Head still. By blending these two, they create an exceptionally smooth gin with the necessary character and a balance of subtle flavors. It is handcrafted in small batches of only 500 liters at a time, giving Master Distiller Lesley Gracie greater control over her meticulous craft. It is composed of flowers, roots, fruits, and seeds from around the world: juniper, angelica, coriander, orange, elderflower, orris root, cubeb, cumin, lemon, yarrow, and chamomile, and is infused with Bulgarian Damask rose petals and specially selected cucumbers from the finest growers. This infusion imparts the subtle nuances that characterize this gin.

TASTING

Appearance: Transparent.

Nose: Clear notes of juniper, although coriander and citrus peel stand out. Rose petals and cucumber are secondary.

On the palate: Coriander and juniper reappear, along with a citrus component reminiscent of blood orange. The finish is a blend of rose water and citrus peel.
