PREPARATION
The production of Hendrick's gin is the union of two different spirits from two different stills: The Bennett still and the Carter-Head still. By combining the two, they manage to create an extraordinarily smooth gin that has the necessary character and a balance of subtle flavors. It is handcrafted in small batches of just a pleasing 500 liters at a time, offering Master Distiller Lesley Gracie greater control of her careful art. Hendrick's Flora Adora is infused with 11 types of flowers and plants. This infusion gives it those subtle nuances that characterize this gin.
