PREPARATION
Hellyers Road Twin Oak is a triple distilled whiskey matured in a combination of ex-bourbon American oak barrels and French Port oak barrels. Hellyers Road Distillery is located in Burnie, northern Tasmania. It was founded in the late 1990s with a passion for whiskey shared by the owner of a dairy cooperative (Betta Milk), a group of dairy farmers and a professional distiller. They produce a variety of highly recognized and unique award-winning peated whiskey styles worldwide. It has become the best-selling Australian whiskey.
