Description
PREPARATION
Hellyers Road Roaring Forty is made with locally grown malted barley, aged in ex-Bourbon barrels and bottled without chill filtration at 40°. Hellyers Road Distillery is located in Burnie, northern Tasmania. It was founded in the late 1990s with a passion for whiskey shared by the owner of a dairy cooperative (Betta Milk), a group of dairy farmers and a professional distiller. They produce a variety of highly recognized and unique award-winning peated whiskey styles worldwide. It has become the best-selling Australian whiskey.

Nose:
Aromas of flowers, exotic fruits, mango, agave, spices, citrus, oranges.
Mouth:
Sweet, with hints of barley malt, coconut, vanilla. Long lasting finish.
