Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon.
To make the Habla la tierra 2022wine, a manual harvest is carried out. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. It is aged for 4 months in French oak barrels. Vineyard classified into nearly 70 different plots that follow individualized treatment. It is grown following the principles of organic farming.
TASTING
View:
Intense garnet and cherry with a violet rim, bright, clean and dense tears.
Nose:
Bold and different, the touches of tomato leaf, anise and chamomile flower evoke the land where its grapes ripen. The fig aroma is very present.
Mouth:
Fresh and sparkling like eating a pomegranate, with a strawberry fruit aftertaste that makes you want to try it again. Recommended temperature: Serve between 14-16ºC.
