Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 50% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Tempranillo
The orientation of the vineyard is north-south with an inclination towards the west and it is more than 20 years old. The soil is slate, very poor and not very fertile and with a continental climate. Viticulture is carried out under the principles of organic farming. It is made with the varieties that best adapt to the terroir, with vinification in stainless steel tanks and aging for 8 months in French oak barrels that make this wine a unique blend full of virtues, easy to drink and perfect to be enjoyed anywhere.
TASTING
View:
Intense garnet color with violet hues. Bright and clean, with a dense tear.
Nose:
Powerful and deep. Notes of cherry and blackberry, mint, pepper and graphite predominate.
Mouth:
Sweet, fresh and meaty. It gives abundant fruity and chocolate notes of cherry liqueur.
Recommended temperature: 16ºC.
