PREPARATION
Nouaison Gin Réserve is the unique result of a distillation of exceptional French grapes, herbs, fruits and spices associated with meticulous aging in cognac barrels from Maison Villevert's Le Pérat estate in France. Created and signed by Jean Sébastien Robicquet, internationally renowned master distiller, Nouaison Gin Reserve reveals an unprecedented balance between the texture of the grape, the richness of unique ingredients, a palette of 14 aromatic plants and the roundness of controlled aging.
TASTING
View: Amber color.
Nose: Fresh, complex aromas of juniper and spices. Rancorous notes due to aging in oak barrels.
Mouth: It is a gin with character and a woody touch. Fresh and lively in the mouth, full of spices (cardamom, pepper) and fruits (bergamot, plum). Smooth and persistent finish with notes of vanilla.
