Gosset Grande Reserve 75cl.
Made from a mixture of 3 grape varieties and 3 vintages, the Gran Reserva vintage offers a moment of tasting of great aromatic richness. Adorned with fine drops of light bubbles, it reveals a broad, vinous and concentrated mouthfeel, accompanied by a saline and tonic glow that marks all its greatness. A very high level broth!

Description
Winemaking
Grapes: 46% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot noir, 15% Pinot meunier
No malolactic fermentation. A blend of 45% chardonnay, 45% pinot noir and 10% pinot meunier from famous villages such as Ay (where the Gosset house is located), Ambonnay or Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, the Gosset Brut Grande Champagne Reserve is patiently matured in our cellars for at least 3 years before being released. With 8 grams of sugar per liter, it is a generous wine with a beautiful golden color.
Tasting notes
View:
Luminous, golden in color.
Nose:
The nose is marked by freshness and fruit. Chardonnay provides delicacy enhanced by yellow fruits, such as peach and mirabelle.
Mouth:
In the mouth it reaffirms its volume and generosity. The pinot noir d'Ay gives it structure. The hawthorn and white flowers blend naturally. Citrus fruits underline the acidity
Recommended temperature: Serve between 8-10ºC.
