Description
PREPARATION
Glen Mac Clay whiskey was carefully selected in the Southern Sierra. It is composed mainly of column distilled wheat and malt. Then a peat-free blend is made Blended malt from the same distillery, distilled in a copper still. Matured in Bourbon barrels for a minimum of three years.
TASTING
View: At sight it has a golden color.
Nose: The nose is complex with flowers and malt.
Mouth: Vanilla, honey and apple extracts. It has a very broad finish going towards peat notes.
