PREPARATION
The Cage is the product of the Destil·leries del Maresme house, a great exponent of the classic London Dry style and an exquisite expression of the richness of juniper. Much of the body and character of a gin depends on the botanicals chosen to make the herbal infusion and this factor is one of the priorities of Destil·leries del Maresme Brands. In Gin The Cage, ingredients are harmonized, such as angelica roots and calamus, to provide their freshness and warm flavors and aromas.
TASTING
View: Crystalline.
Nose: The predominance of juniper stands out.
Mouth: Other botanicals appear in the mouth, such as angelica root and calamus. It has a fresh ending that does not leave you indifferent.
