PREPARATION
Oxley Dry Gin is made following a very innovative process, designed to capture the freshness of nature, it is distilled in a vacuum at -5°C so that the flavors can be preserved much better, and heat, without a doubt, affects the ingredients. The result is a flavor that simply cannot be reproduced in traditional heated stills, allowing for keeping the botanicals fresh and flavorful and using fresh frozen citrus peel, instead of the typical dried peel. It is made in small batches and its recipe uses 14 balanced botanical ingredients, including: juniper, meadowsweet, grapefruit, anise seeds, vanilla, orange and lemon.
