PREPARATION

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is made with oriental botanicals, slow-dried green tea and Irish curiosity. The delicate tea leaves are carefully rolled into shiny granules, producing a bold, bright flavor with a slight spicy freshness.
8 of the botanicals are slowly hand-distilled in medieval copper stills: meadow sweet, cardamom from India, juniper berries from Macedonia, coriander seeds from Romania, angelica root from Germany, orris root from Morocco, carvi from India and star anise.
And 4 additional steam-infused botanicals: Lemon, Kaffir Lime, Oriental Grapefruit, and Gunpowder Tea.
