PREPARATION
Caorunn is a gin made deep in the stunning Scottish Highlands, home to Caorunn, Balmenach Distillery, a single malt whiskey distillery. It is considered one of the best gins made by hand in small batches. Love and care for what they do guides the hands of those in charge of making it and transmits the Scottish spirit. The distillery is located in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park, so it is surrounded by the best botanicals that allow the creation of this elixir.
Five of the eleven botanicals are hand-picked locally and all are slowly distilled in the world's only working copper berry chamber. This ingenious contraption infuses flavors as evenly as possible, and the result is a deliciously refreshing gin.
