Garmón 2019 is the wine with the winery's most complete vintage to date, giving rise to a wine with a fresher and livelier profile. It is a single-varietal Tempranillo aged for 20 months in French oak barrels. According to the opinion of its creators, we are looking at a wine with "Shimmering fruitiness on the nose, with hints of licorice and graphite appearing on a mineral background. Compact texture and refined tannin for a full and meaty wine, with many flows." Prizes and scores:

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
To make Garmón 2019 a fermentation and maceration process is carried out with native yeast between 12 and 16 days, with daily pumping over and temperatures of up to 28º. It is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels and was bottled in September 2021. The winery consists of vineyards that are from 30 to 100 years old in La Aguilera, Moradillo, Baños, Tubilla and Anguix with predominantly clay-calcareous and sandy-clay soils, and yields of between 3,500 to 4,000 kg per ha.

Mouth:
Compact texture and refined tannin for a full and fleshy wine with many flow rates. Recommended temperature: Serve at 16ºC.
