PRODUCTION
Destilerías Acha has created G&CIN, a very special and delicate Premium gin, with water from the source of the Nervión River, together with its Hervé and Moulin copper stills that are more than 130 years old and its extensive experience. It is made on a base of corn grain alcohol distilled five times, with the special and delicate touch of cinnamon and nine other distillations of the remaining botanicals: Juniper (Juniperus communis), bitter orange (Citrus x aurantium), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), sweet orange (Citrus x sinensis), thyme (Thymus vulgaris), coriander (Coriandrum sativum), lemon (Citrus x limon), peppermint (Mentha piperita), bitter chamomile (Anacyclus clavatus) and spearmint (Mentha spicata).
TASTING
Appearance: Clean and transparent.
Nose: Well-integrated aromas: sweet, floral, and herbal notes. The juniper integrates discreetly and harmoniously with mellow, smooth hints of cinnamon
Palate: Clear predominance of juniper, although slight citrus and mint flavors are also noticeable. The alcohol gives the whole harmony and character. The finish is long and very pleasant, highlighting deep herbal notes.
