Fuentespina Roble 2022 belongs to Bodegas Avelino Vegas, a company dedicated to the world of wine since 1950. Founded in the town of Santiuste de San Juan Bautista (Segovia), its third generation is currently working in this family business. In 2008, the company inaugurated a new winery completely modernized and equipped with the latest technologies in this Segovian town. Along with this winery, Avelino Vegas, has another one in Fuentespina created in 1993 and with which they make their wines with the Ribera del Duero designation of origin. This red wine is perfect as an aperitif. In addition, it is recommended to accompany pasta dishes, rice, white meats and soft cheeses.

PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo
The young aged red wine Fuentespina Roble is made following the techniques and quality standards established by the Segovian winery Avelino Vegas. In this wine, the most advanced technology is combined to produce quality red wines and a raw material at its optimal point of maturation. Thus, a fresh, vigorous and fruity wine is created. Finally, it receives a light touch of wood, with its passage through American barrels for 3 months. Which softens it on the palate and, at the same time, gives it complexity on the nose.
TASTING
View:
It has a cherry color with a very bright maroon edge.
Nose:
It has an aroma of fresh fruit, cherry and raspberry. Varietal, frank and fresh.
Mouth:
Fruity flavors. Very tasty and powerful
Recommended temperature: Between 14º and 16ºC.
