PREPARATION

Four Roses is produced from a unique formula containing different combinations of Bourbon recipes. The required recipes are carefully and expertly mixed in the proper proportions in the holding tank before bottling. This Bourbon is made from high quality, non-GMO grains of corn, rye and malted barley, 5 original and proprietary yeast strains, each producing rich and unique flavors, through double distillation and aged for a minimum of 5 years in new charred American oak barrels. During that time, the charred barrel will add oak and wood flavors to the Bourbon, as well as sweet vanilla and toffee notes from the caramelized sugars produced during the charring process. Once the barrels have aged to perfection, they are removed from the warehouse to be poured for bottling. The cap is removed and the Bourbon is "poured" into a stainless steel bucket. It is then tasted, proofed and cold filtered to remove sediment, and then sent to the bottling line.

TASTING

View: Warm amber and orange color.

Nose: Sweet and creamy aroma of floral essences, soft spices, and honey, with fruity notes of caramel, lemon peel and orange marmalade.

Mouth: Fresh, floral, soft, and smooth, with balanced notes of pear and apple, honey, oak wood and vanilla. Smooth, long and pleasant finish with sophisticated touches of oak and spicy orange.
