Description
PREPARATION
Evidence Whiskey Bio is made with local organic barley. It is made with double distillation in traditional Charentais stills. It is aged for a long time in old organic cognac barrels and final assembly in prestigious Pauillac wine barrels.
TASTING
View: At sight it has a golden color. Nose: To the nose it is fruity and sweet. Contains aromas of nuts, compotes, baked peaches and cooked apples. Mouth: The palate is silky, with flavors of dark chocolate and nutmeg, maple syrup and tea leaves. Its finish is persistent and generous with fruity and opulent notes.
