Description
PREPARATION
Etsu Double Orange Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese bitter orange peel, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica and coriander. Etsu Double Orange Gin is fresh and fruity, with natural ingredients, giving this gin a unique and light finish.
TASTING
View: Crystalline.
Nose: It has light aromas of citrus fruits such as orange, yuzu and lemon.
Mouth:
Its flavors are fresh and citrus with nuances of fresh orange and a touch of yuzu. Its finish is round, fresh and flexible.
Winemaking
Etsu Sakura follows the style of contemporary Japanese gins, with local botanical emphasis and highly pure water. For the base, a neutral sugar cane alcohol is used and a selection of botanicals such as yuzu, coriander seeds, cherry blossoms, juniper and angelica root are added.
