PREPARATION
This expression of Etsu fuses the fresh water of the mountain spring with the water of the Sea of Japan and adds a selection of carefully selected botanicals including juniper berries, bitter orange peel, licorice root, angelica and coriander.TASTING

Nose: Fresh and slightly saline aroma.
Mouth: Marine flavors that evoke the coast of Japan accompanied by citrus yuzu and other classics such as juniper, cardamom and cilantro. Round, flexible and silky finish.
