PREPARATION

Ampersand Citrus is a gin made from alcohol of agricultural origin and 6 natural botanicals of the best selection: juniper berries (Juniperus communis), coriander seeds (Coriandrum sativum), angelica root (Angelica archangelica), Java pepper (Piper cubeba) and orange peels (Citrus x sinensis) and lemons (Citrus x limon) from Murcia, hand-peeled and dried in the sun. A quadruple distillation is carried out that gives it excellent purity and makes it a refreshing and especially versatile gin that combines well with any type of soft drink, tonic or juice.

Nose: Notes of juniper accompanied by a subtle and fresh citrus aroma.
