Emilio Moro 2020 is the flagship of Bodegas Emilio Moro, the winery aims to commemorate the wine tradition with it and that is why it bears the name of its creator, Emilio Moro. It is made with Tinta del País grapes, carefully selected from vineyards located in different terrains, which gives it a greater number of nuances. Pairs with red meats, lamb and traditional roasts. Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
The red wine Emilio Moro 2020 is made from Tempranillo grapes from middle-aged vines. Its fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with subsequent aging in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. The rains during the harvest period did not affect the quality of the grapes with which high quality wines, aromatic expression and intensity are made.
TASTING
View:
Intense cherry red with a dense layer.
Nose:
Very balanced and elegant, without losing the essence of the Tempranillo variety. It presents perfectly integrated new barrel aromas with profiles of ripe fruit and spices.
Mouth:
In the mouth it marks the power and structure that is assembled with a very balanced acidity. Recommended temperature: serve between 14 and 16ºC.
