Description
PREPARATION
Ampersand Melon is made from sweet melons and various botanical ingredients, most notably juniper. The base of the distillate is prepared with organic wheat grain and spring water. During the distillation process, juniper and other botanical components are added, such as coriander, lemon and orange peel zest, angelica root, and other aromatic herbs. Once the gin is obtained, the sweet melons are added to the mixture through infusions. All the ingredients come from southern Spain and the liquor is made at Bodegas Osborne, in the municipality of El Puerto de Santa María, in the province of Cádiz, in southern Andalusia.
