PREPARATION
DYC Pure Malt Whiskey is made exclusively with a careful selection of malts. This is DYC's first single malt whiskey, made after more than 50 years of experience. On his numerous trips to Scottish lands, Nicomedes García discovered the traditional methods of making whiskey with the idea of founding a whiskey distillery in Spain. After much effort, enthusiasm and passion, he found a special place to make it possible: Segovia. The climate of the region, similar to that of Scotland, together with the quality of the cereals from Castilla y León, the proximity of the river and the optimal purity of its waters were key in the creation of DYC.
TASTING
View: Intense amber color.
Nose: Fragrant, with a citrus, sweet and vanilla touch, with a sophisticated aroma.
Mouth: Notes of honey and vanilla, round in the mouth with an intense malt flavor. Long, complex, subtle finish with touches of heather, honey and fruits.
