DYC Double Oak is a limited edition whiskey and numbered of about 12,000 bottles made with reused materials, such as the wooden stopper, made from oak barrels that have contained DYC and, committed to the environment, contributing to the care of the closest environment with the reforestation of 1,000 oak trees throughout Spain, purifying the air with the emission of more than 100 million liters of oxygen.

Description
PREPARATION
DYC Double Oak is a single malt double-aged in oak barrels, using local raw materials. The second aging allows the liquid to develop an even deeper level of rich, spicy caramel and oak, creating a truly exclusive single malt.
It belongs to the exclusive Master Distillers Collection, made up of a series of whiskeys of artisanal origin, with the creative and non-conformist character of the Segovian land and of Nicomedes García, founder of DYC.
TASTING
View:
Intense golden amber color.
Nose:
Intense aroma of toasted oak, vanilla and caramel with notes of dried fruits.
Mouth:
Flavor of caramel, vanilla, roasted coffee and light spicy notes, soft and round in the mouth. Complex, long finish with a dry touch.
