PREPARATION
Don Papa Baroko is made with molasses rum. It is aged for more than 7 years in American oak. It is distilled in a double-shell column to extract the best and is aged for several years at the foot of Mount Kanlaon, before being blended.
Don Papa Rum is a premium aged rum from a single island in the Philippines, created on the slopes of the active volcano Mount Kanlaon, where the finest sugar cane is milled to produce rich, sweet molasses. After harvesting, fermentation and distillation, the Master Blender perfectly blends Don Papa Rum before coming together in an alchemy of magic in the bottle.
TASTING

Nose: Contains sweet aromas.
Mouth: sweet flavor, with notes of vanilla, fruitcake and citrus. It has a long-lasting finish.
