TASTING

View: Light golden yellow color with fine, abundant bubbles.

Nose: Initial notes of fresh almonds and grapefruit, other hints of white flowers, stone fruits, aromas of mint, spices such as anise and, finally, spicy, woody and toasted touches.

Mouth: Sharp profile, with a surprisingly integrated acidity and an amazing aromatic and smoky persistence.

Recommended Temperature: 10-12ºC.
