Furthermore, these wonderful bubbles require you to wait between 8 and 10 years, between the production and aging processes, to finally be uncorked.

Grapes: 48% Pinot Noir, 52% Chardonnay
It is made exclusively from the best grapes from a single year. After a minimum of eight years of aging in the winery, the wine reaches the perfect balance.
Tasting notes

Yellow, pale with golden reflections
Nose:
Elegant and aromatic. With fruity aromas of tropical fruit, dried fruits and toasted notes.
Mouth:
Fresh and soft. Velvety and silky. Structured and crisp with a pleasant finish.
Recommended temperature: Serve between 10-12ºC.
Food pairing
Pairs perfectly with seafood, sea urchins, octopus and risotto.
