Description
PREPARATION
Doble V is made from a very careful selection of malt and grain whiskeys, aged in oak barrels for at least 3 years. Although it is a Spanish whiskey, it was the Canadian Hiram Walker who made it for the first time. Its distillation process begins in Scotland where different malt whiskeys are used that are later brought to Spain for aging in different white oak barrels. And once at the Bodegas Osborne headquarters in Malaga, the whiskey is distributed throughout the peninsula.
TASTING
View: Golden straw color with fine reddish edges, shiny and luminous.
Nose: Light but intense, it offers a great balance between notes of vanilla, toasted oak and ripe caramelized apple.
Mouth: Smooth flavor and full of character. Slightly smoky notes combine with a soft sweetness, culminating in a warm finish with some persistence.
