David Luxury Gin interprets Italian excellence in order to create a new flavor related to the Renaissance spirit, thanks to the fact that it includes unique details such as the iris flower, which provides a decidedly Florentine accent to the botanical formula of this distillate, composed of eleven ingredients; its filtration with Carrara marble and its iconic bottle, a sculptural container in homage to one of the most recognized artists of the Renaissance, Michalangelo Buonarroti, and one of his most famous works, David. Description

PREPARATION

David Luxury Gin is a Premium Italian gin made with Tuscan water, a base of grape alcohol filtered with Carrara Marble (the same one that Michelangelo used with David) and 11 botanicals originating from Tuscany, cradle of the Renaissance, of which bergamot, grapefruit, vanilla and iris flower stand out, which has unique characteristics that allow it to be selected as base of some of the best perfumes. Iris is a heritage of great value in Tuscany, an ingredient that could not be missing in David Gin. The botanicals and wine alcohol are distilled separately and then brought together in a single filter station. In this step, in addition to the classic filtering using vegetable carbons, it is filtered through white Carrara marble. This special filtration gives Gin David an extraordinary purity and brilliance.

TASTING

View: Transparent and light.

 

Nose: Delicate aroma, with soft citrus nuances and a floral touch with notes of vanilla.

 

Mouth: Fine and balanced, with persistent notes of fruit and citrus, a marked dry character with non-aggressive alcohol and some herbaceous notes that appear in the mouth.
