Each barrel is selected individually and adapts to what you want to specify in each series. It is intended that in each edition the differences in flavor between the six regions of Scotch whiskey will be clearly seen.

PREPARATION
Dalwhinnie Distillers Edition 2021 is a single malt whiskey distilled in 2006, double matured in Oloroso wooden barrels from the old winery, which gives it a rich sweetness and a spicy complexity that enhances the heather and honey aromas and flavors of the regular edition. Part of the Distillers Edition 2021 range. Limited quantities worldwide.
TASTING
View: Pale amber.
Nose:
Fresh notes of Oloroso. Peat and notes of heather. Spicy but with grape notes.
Mouth:
Intense and spicy, with very clear and well-defined malt. A brief burst of sweetness followed by rich grapes. Oak tones with a very dry finish and predominance of vanilla.
