Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
To make Cruz De Alba Crianza wine, a traditional harvest of manual selection is carried out, as well as its maceration and fermentation. It is aged for 15 months in French and American oak barrels. Subsequently, the wine will be left to rest for 10 more months in the bottle.
TASTING
View:
Purple cherry color, dark.
Nose:
On the nose there are aromas of blackberries and black fruits. Coffee tones and balsamic notes are also appreciated.
Mouth:
In the mouth it has an intense entry, it is tasty and enveloping. Balanced finish with good acidity. Recommended temperature: serve between 14-16ºC.
